Maybe you know him from the Coen brothersNo Country For Old Men, or maybe it’s Gus van Sant’s Milk. Perhaps you recognize him from his more recent turns in Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool 2. At the very least, you definitely saw him in The Goonies. Josh Brolin is a dynamic Hollywood force to be reckoned with. He’s worked with countless top directors, from Paul Thomas Anderson and Guillermo del Toro to Robert Rodriguez and Ridley Scott, and he’s able to nail dramatic roles just as well as comedic ones. It may then come as a surprise to you to hear that Josh Brolin very nearly quit acting for good. On the eve of the release of Sicario: Day of the Soldado, all we can say is we’re glad he didn’t, and that he’s here to stay.
