Those who grew up listening to Talking Heads might be familiar with True Stories, the only film ever directed by the band’s frontman, David Byrne (maybe you even watched it on VHS), whose 66th birthday is today. In this video, take a look at a personal interpretation of one particular scene from the movie, an ambiguous moment that takes place in a shopping mall and that inspires a flurry of questions. David Byrne often lets his artistic work speak for itself, and this scene very well may have a lot to say.
