BROOKLYN STORIES is a documentary about "losers" and the poetry of loss. Former fans of the legendary baseball team the Brooklyn Dodgers remember the history of a team which always found a way to lose in the very last moments of a game. The fans are a fomer trumpet player, a longshoreman and a tramp. Through their small stories full of love, wonder, hope and loss, they evoke the famous Ebbets Field as a mental space we all share.
