This film is penetrating within the conscience of the Atlantic Ocean; yet it may require a considerable interest within the plight of the Rastaman to have the patience to witness the unfolding of the entire story. Or maybe it simply requires the interest of a spiritual aspirant who is enveloped within the experience of finding "home." The story follows an elder Rastaman, travelling from Jamaica to England (to visit family) and (spoiler alert) continuing unto Africa. It takes on the feel of a quasi-documentary as this film may very be produced "on-the-fly" with a small crew organically following a genuine Rasta with a general intent on making it to Africa. The dialogue may seem somewhat rigid and formally scripted, but there is also a genuineness and engaging quality amidst the striving. One Love. I and I. Love And Peace.
It's nice to see a film showing a true Rastaman.
