Two icons of horror, Peter Cushing and Donald Pleasence, clash in this terrifying tale of ancient evil and death in the land of the Minotaur. In a remote part of Greece, young backpackers are going missing on an archaeological site and the local police authorities are not interested in searching for them. A concerned Father Roche (Donald Pleasence) fears that the missing travelers have fallen prey to an evil cult that worships an ancient deity. With help from his friend Milo (Costas Skouras), a skeptical New York private investigator, and the fiancée of one of the missing travelers, Father Roche leads the men to the mysterious Baron Corofax (Peter Cushing) who he believes is at the center of the investigation. But Father Roche has reckoned without the strange powers of THE DEVIL'S MEN.
