I saw this film at last year's San Francisco Film Festival and I recommend it highly. It has what might be the best exposition of how a master chef creates a dish I've seen on film. (See "El Bulli: Cooking in Progress", also on Fandor, for a very different method of creativity.) The sensitively captured personalities of the Bras family and the stunning scenery of their remote region of France add to the film's appeal.
