Rehearsals for Extinct Anatomies1987
In the fragile immobility of a room, a couple waits as twilight advances, alternately oblivious to and made anxious by presentiments of some brutal destruction being remorselessly rehearsed outside their door. Loosely inspired by an etching by Jean-Honoré Fragonard.

And the award for best use of typography in a short film goes to...
I have been hypnotized by the Quays yet again. This one is particularly experimental in camera movement. The repetitions emphasize my sense of discomfort. Through repetitions, the bizarre characters and dimensions become more familiar within other-worldliness. The rapidly moving eyeball and the skeletal creature's sensual rubbing of the tumor-like thing on his forehead are disconcerting beyond belief!
