A gallery opening. The art crowd has assembled with its nervous owners, venal dealers, philistines with agendas​ ​and real estate developers with plans. Clandestine romances, artistic feuds, petty intrigues, jealousies, ghosts in the closet... all are dangerously close to the surface, awaiting only a look, a remark, an intemperate suggestion to explode.
