This was akin to a small poem, and it seems to be the final part of the trilogy of Caveh Zahedi's tribute, reflection, expression of what happened to D (though I'm not sure if there are more). Seeing the three in sequence, I like the space between them, and how they are woven together. It's not about giving us the whole story of D - but more (and without giving too much away to the audience) about the time in space that D occupies in Zahedi's life and mind after what's happened.
Poignant, but reminiscent of an old Twilight Zone episode
