It' s always very interesting to know how life is in other countries and compare. especially in Brazil, which is one my favorites. Rich, poor people, social classes clash, favelas, casa grande, etc, very charming!

"Casa Grande" is really Casa Empty, and when all the lights go out at the start of the film, the best part's over. There are no distinguished performances in the movie, there is no cinematic artistry; and if you're looking for anthropology, a travelogue or, better, Brazilian news on the Internet will serve you better.
I loved this film. It reminds me of living in Brazil and working with rich kids while living among the rest of the povo.
a little slow
Very honest depiction. I liked it a lot!
