Breezy, rather witty and clever film starring Tom Conway, the look-alike, talk-alike brother of George Sanders and also starring a Grace Kelly knockoff named Honor Blackman; I enjoyed it and give it four stars, although Sanders and Kelly would have made it five stars.

This is the second time that I have enjoyed Tom Conway (brother of George Sanders) and Michael Balfour (sidekick Barney) as they join up to solve a complicated mystery. "Barbados Quest" features the same pair of protagonists.
We start in Germany where a dying man hands off a secret formula to be carried back to England for profit. The equation is stolen (or so it seems) and Duke and Barney are on the case. Who ultimately buys the secret, and who are the middle-men? The bulk of the film deals with these issues.
You can easily guess the ending, but it's fun to watch how clever and calm the Duke is as he ties up all the loose ends. Honor Blackman has a dual role as both Paula Grant and Paula Jackson. A witty emprise.
