A family of Ponderai Native Americans embark on a controversial journey through Yellowstone to exercise their treaty hunting rights - glimpsing into the continued marginalization of indigenous life in the American West, and challenging our expectations of what it means to assert a tribal heritage in the modern world.

Far from "freedom". To me this film showed for both the buffalo and the Native hunters, the reality for both today is imprisonment. I don't see how shooting a few buffalo changes much. A more useful film would seem to be in exploring ways around this.

as a native, I believe we have MANY more denied rights surrounding us. 'This land ain't your land, this land is OUR FKN LAND!!!
