Don Novello is one of the great unsung heroes of American comedy. Check out "The Lazlo Letters" his great collection of cleverly subversive letters to mainstream institutions. In the meantime, enjoy this perfect minute with his greatest creation, the incomparable Father Guido Sarducci!

Short and sweet, and hilarious. Some of the earliest SNL stuff here.

Love Father Guido - and he knows his art.

Always Loved Father Guido! Would like to see more of him.

I liked it very much and it's too bad the audio is so poor.

I always enjoy watching Don Novello. It's just too short, that's all.

Gotta love Fr. Guido! Great threads, Don.

best career advice I got all day.

good advice. haha

I first heard this as a radio commercial in San Francisco in the mid-1980's. It was witty and clever then; it is witty and clever now.

Yeah, best sleep benefits ever!

Sign me up!
