A short exploration of the daily sacrifices of space and privacy that living with a romantic partner entails. The quotidian frictions that are part of living together are explored sometimes teasing, sometimes affectionate, and sometimes pointed way.

“It’s funny because you kind of stopped hanging out with a lot of people you hang out with…” The be all and end all…or the beginning of something…typical?
Very interesting film, in it's authenticity. It was obvious these two people were in love. It was like putting a camera lens inside a place you can't go, and seeing what it's like to be a couple. All in all, it was a lovely film with a director worthy of taking a closer look at.
Reinforced sound or the option of captions would have made it easier to enjoy. I was struck by how she held her face and expression, focused entirely on him while they talked. It was also a gentle reminder of my younger years, when we moved from apartment to apartment every year.
The story is very sweet. Great study on closeness of a relationship between two young adults. I must agree with Eyemhear's review: the audio is TERRIBLE. The boom mike picked up the narrator but the stars of the film are barely audible. Its too bad because I really like where this was going.
I am not a filmmaker, and I have very little technical experience with filmmaking, but it seems pretty basic that a filmmaker would insure the voices of his characters are clearly heard. I have good hearing, but much of the dialogue from the couple was not clearly audible; at some points the dialogue was pretty much drowned out by the piano music. (The filmmaker's voice was perfectly clear!) I have to say that my experience with this film is not unique; there have been whole television series in which the sound was bad and sometimes inaudible. But don't they catch this in the editing?
I wanted to slap those two.
I agree.
