Vanessa McDonnell is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn. She produced and edited the feature film Go Down Death. John's of 12th Street is her first feature documentary. Vanessa is a programmer at Spectacle, a Brooklyn microcinema, and a contributing editor at Screen Slate, a daily resource for film commentary and listings in New York City. Her work has been shown at The Silent Barn, Microscope Gallery, Ontological-Hysteric Incubator, ABC No Rio, Issue Project Room, ListenSpace and Spectacle.
