Daniel Martinico is an artist and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. His videos have shown in galleries, film festivals and museums internationally, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, MOCA's Geffen Contemporary, LA Filmforum at the American Cinematheque, and Il Cinema Ritrovato at the Cineteca Bologna. His first feature film OK, Good premiered at the 2012 Slamdance Film Festival, had its international premiere at the 59th Sydney Film Festival, and won the Prix du Jury at Festival Mauvais Genre in Tours, France. Martinico is a graduate of Bard College and holds an MFA in Visual Arts from U.C. San Diego, where he currently serves as visiting faculty in the Communication Department.
