Born in 1986 in the south of Germany, Anna gathered her first filmmaking experience through various workshops and internships with production companies in Berlin, London and Dublin. From 2007 – 2010, the German-Irish filmmaker studied at the Edinburgh College of Art where she made several shorts and discovered her passion for documentary filmmaking. In 2010, she took part in the Berlinale Talent Campus and since 2011, is a student of documentary film at the University of TV and Film in Munich. Her shorts have been screened and have won awards at a variety of film festivals around the world.
