Ti West
Ti West (born October 5, 1980) is an American film director, best known for his work in horror films. West was born in Wilmington, Delaware. He was featured in a 2001 Fall issue of Teen People Magazine. He attended The School of Visual Arts. His work includes the 2001 short The Wicked, and feature films The Roost, Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever, Trigger Man and The House of the Devil. West appeared in 2004's The Woman Who Split Before Dinner as Old Man Conrad. West disowned Cabin Fever 2, citing massive studio interference and re-editing. He wrote, produced and directed the web series Dead & Lonely in 2009 for IFC Films, the first series run ended in October 2009. West was set to direct the sequel to A Haunting in Connecticut, but in March 2010 left the project A Haunting in Georgia. In January 2010 announced he will direct the MPI/Dark Sky project The Innkeepers which will be produced by Larry Fessenden. The film stars Kelly McGillis, Sara Paxton and Pat Healy. 2012 worked with Adam Wingard, Simon Barrett, David Bruckner, Joe Swanberg, Glenn McQuaid and the Radio Silence Productions hosts Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Chad Villella on the Anthology Horrorfilm "V/H/S".
