Alexei Uchitel
Aleksei Efimovich Uchitel PAR (Russian: Алексей Ефимович Учитель; born August 31, 1951, in Leningrad) is a Russian film director of Jewish origin. His 2010 film The Edge was selected as the Russian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 83rd Academy Awards but it didn't make the final shortlist.
