This lesser short is nevertheless well known as it has been in circulation and accessible for decades. Buster Keaton's work as an assistant smithy is frequently delightful.

This is the first glimpse I ever got of Buster Keaton and have seen it many times since. I showed it to some of my younger classes at school and they rolled laughing, much as I did. There is a brief nod to blackface in it which put me on edge but no one seemed to mind or even notice it. I was ready with a "teachable moment" lesson on the impropriety of race humor and why it was mainstream in that time but it wasn't necessary.
