Sexy ship-board romp about two women (Jayne Mansfield and Marie McDonald) who become pregnant but don't know who the fathers are. Regarding the mysterious pill that Fritz Feld gives Tommy Noonan, was this the early forerunner of Viagra?

Guilty pleasure time! This moderately amusing sex comedy was remarkable at the time because it featured a couple of short topless scenes of Jayne Mansfield. These shots are re-used repeatedly and relentlessly throughout the film, in flashback mode. Tommy Noonan and Fritz Feld both do schtick. I actually found Fritz Feld to be funnier. Mickey Hargitay, Jayne's second husband, and father of three of her five children, plays an important supporting role. Mansfield filed for a Mexican divorce before the film was released. T.C. Jones plays a hairdresser, and does an imitation of Jayne late in the movie. Interesting to see a significant, if stereotyped, gay character... one who is treated as a friend of the gals in 1963. Definitely amusing, especially if you are into early 60's kitsch.

I wanted to see this since it was reviewed in Playboy Magazine at least 40 years ago. Very sexy and "cute" for way back then.

mildly amusing - great way to waste a Saturday. Jane Mansfield is fantastic in this film. Worth it just for that. Weak plot but a delightful memory to that 1960's era.
