Pop singer Fiona Sit and Jaycee Fong, son of international superstar Jackie Chan, star in this moving melodrama about teen pregnancies and class differences helmed by acclaimed director Derek Yee (ONE NITE IN MONGKOK). Ka-fu (Fong), an 18-year-old night school student living in poverty, falls for 16-year-old Yeuk-nam (Sit), a lawyer's daughter. When Yeuk-nam finds out that she's pregnant, the two lovers escape to the countryside, hoping to live independently in their own little utopia. Great movie - didn't candy-coat the issue and each character had depth and meaning. Characters take you on all levels of emotion and you find yourself emphathizing with everyone. Powerful story!
