Subscriber Services Agreement

Fandor is your home for discovering and sharing great independent movies from around the world.

As a subscriber to Fandor, you may access the Fandor service via our website, social media services like Facebook, and various devices to watch films from our subscription video on demand library. The site and library contents may vary over time and by your geographic location, given today’s legal landscape for content licensing rights.

Your subscription begins on the day that you submit a completed “Subscribe” form on the Fandor site or the iTunes App Store. By doing so, you authorize us to charge the periodic subscription fee described in your sign-up offer (and associated taxes, if any) to the credit card account that you provide us. If you are offered a free or discounted subscription period, it will automatically convert into periodic billing of the regular subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use and have fees for the Fandor service charged to the credit card or account you provide to us.

You or Fandor may terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason. To cancel a subscription created through our web site, log in to the Fandor site, navigate to Account Settings, click Edit Account, and select the option “I would like to cancel my subscription.” You can change or cancel a subscription created through the iTunes Store by clicking on your Apple ID from within the Store or your device settings. Subscription fees will not be prorated or refunded for cancellations before the end of a subscription period.

By agreeing to subscribe or paying a subscription fee, you agree that you have read and will be bound by this Services Agreement as well as Fandor’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.
